Once Upon A Paw covers the following services:
- Spays
- Neuters
- Vaccines including lepto/leukemia
- Heartworm testing
- Microchip
- Blood work for cats/dogs seven years and older
- Dental cleaning (extractions not included)
- Help with euthanasia cost (exam & cremation fees not included)
People who qualify would be individuals located in Illinois (Cook County), Arizona (Maricopa and Pinal County), with an annual income of $40,000 and lower.
Due to a lack of funding, the program is currently not open.
